For participants of YPN, Eastern Iowa Health Center, HACAP/WIC with coupons you can access the Eastern Iowa Diaper Bank at these times:
Mondays 1:00-5:30pm
Thursdays 9:00am-12:00pm

Prior to 2020, Andy and his fiancé, had never needed to utilize a community service.
